I went SO HARD this weekend to prep some intense, exhausting music for tonight’s concert. 3hrs yesterday, 5hrs today.

Now, both hands are in really bad shape. My right (bow) hand started trembling during our pre-show runthrough, and both hands are aching and fatigued.

Took NSAIDs. Doing the “rice + sock + microwave” hot compress thing.

AMAZING show, though. A 100% Latin lineup. Among the coolest, most fun music I’ve ever played!
