#Viome (actually Viomihaniki Metalleutiki for “Metal Industry”) or BIO.ME, in Thessaloniki produces ecological soaps and cleansers and has been run by workers for years now, proving that a business without bosses is still capitalist but can exist self-organized and anti-hierarchically. The small factory, currently with seven workers, has been transformed from an branch into a company that presents its own union and calls itself a cooperative.
