Mum begged us to come visit because she’s in a hell of a state. Her PC is fucked up now to the point it’s not staying online. So we bite the bullet and go get her a new laptop. Because she’s so bloody isolated, she can’t be without.

The Virgin Media Business website is working about as well as their internet connection.

Quite pleased that City Fibre dug my road up last year. Presumably at some point they’ll be a viable alternative? 🤞🏻

This is why I've been hesitant to switch despite the nice deals they keep offering me

Virgin being unreliable & VPN unfriendly is not worth any amount of savings or speed boosts

Never had problems with BT service (their hubs are trash though) but I do need #openreach to upgrade our exchange - its the only 1 locally (of 3) not being upgraded to full fibre

We are not even a rural area
