A VR mod for Crysis is in the works. It's currently in Alpha but already playable. 🤩

I played for a while using Virtual Desktop to stream the game from my PC to my Pico 4 headset. You still need a beefy PC but it's great fun!

Working on a shader for #DOSBox -X to present some stereoscopic DOS games, such as ones that support SimulEyes VR, into side-by-side mode to make them work with programs like #BigScreen and #VirtualDesktop for VR headsets.

Similar (but not for SimulEyes) has been done for Retroarch, but I like how SimulEyes makes it easy to detect which eye each frame goes into.

I still plan on adding guessing if a screen isn't VR, so it gets presented to both eyes.

There are a couple things in this one you can’t see. The “hole” that lets me see my physical keyboard, and the time I turn on passthrough so I can see the room and the displays.

Kann man mit der Pico4 mit mehreren virtuellen Desktops sinnvoll arbeiten (Entwicklungssetup mit 4 virtuellen Monitoren im passthru modus).

Quasi als vollwertigen Arbeitsplatzersatz im Urlaub, wenn man mehr als nur einen Monitor vom Notebook braucht. Bin mir nicht sicher ob die Auflösung reicht, aber wäre ne tolle Sache.
