This [1] is a demo for a grand piano patch for Surge XT. It doesn't use samples, but instead approximates the physics of the instrument.
The piano is included in Surge XT [1], a free and open source synth plug-in.

But @dhilowitz was the voice in my ear (courtesy of his YouTube channel) when I created my first #Kontakt instrument a few years ago. And he buys weird and rare instruments and turns them into #VirtualInstruments – amongst other things. A creative soul and excellent teacher!
