I’m never getting through my #film backlog at this rate. After spending yesterday with the #VirtualRailfan San Juan Capistrano feed going, today I discovered that the Norwalk, CT feed was the cam of the week, free for all so *that’s* been up all day. It’s interesting how comforting these livestreams are for me.
I really should be getting on with watching movies and TV that’s stacked up, but yesterday ended up with my doing things while keeping the #VirtualRailfan #SanJuanCapistrano feed up, with occasional Surfliners passing. I’ll skip that today, I think.

I’m feeling so much calmer now than earlier — I signed up to Mastodon, I took a break from doomscrolling, I made a nice cheesy bagel sandwich with tomato, cheese, and one of those fluffy two-egg “omelette” discs the egg cooker produces.
Unfortunately the Quincy Passenger Game (where #VirtualRailfan users guess how many people get off Illinois Zephyr 383 at Quincy is canceled tonight as #Amtrak canceled the #train and put passengers on buses.
