Spy photography from Oslo in the 1890's! And yes, that is the one and only Henrik Ibsen in the first picture.

In the 1890's a young student named Carl Størmer got hold of a C.P Stirn spy camera which he put in his pocket and became the first(?) street photgrapher in Oslo. Thanks to him we have these wonderfrul shots of everyday life in Oslo at the time 😊
