Local Telegram channels reported explosions in #Dnipropetrovsk, #Zaporizhzhia, and #Donetsk oblasts late on Feb. 9 amid a massive air raid alert.

#Dnipropetrovsk Oblast Governor #SerhiiLysak and #Mykolaiv Oblast Governor #VitaliiKim had earlier warned about possible #kamikaze drone attacks on their regions.

@RouxJ why would #VitaliiKim post so short a message, in Russian! Somebody hacked his channel maybe. Besides Telegram is controlled by Russian FSB, the owner is Russian and he gave them encryption keys for pardons. Should I remind that Kim we have LAW that forced officials to post all official stuff in Ukrainian!
