Liquid:
2 cups alt milk. I use soy.
1 pkg tofu
2 - 3 apples to taste
1 to 1.5 tsp salt to taste
2ish tsp vanilla
1 - 2 Tbsp lemon juice or vinegar
1 tsp chia seeds (optional)
2 - 4 Tbls hemp seeds (optional)
Taste it! Adjust as necessary.

Solids (dry):
0.5 cups whole wheat flour
2.5 cups unbleached white flour
0.5 to 1 apple chopped and tossed with cinnamon sugar.
4ish tsps baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
Combine and pre-mix the solids

Make a well in the dry ingredients. There should be about a 2:1 ratio of liquid to dry ingredients. Did you taste the liquid? Taste it! Combine ingredients with a minimum of strokes.

Preheat pan. Alert your pancake buddy. We're go for pour! Lightly coat pan with oil. Use 0.33 - 0.5 cup measuring cup to pour the pancakes. Watch for the bubbles to burst in the middle. It's normal to jam pancakes in your pie hole as they come off the griddle, although they're best dusted with cinnamon sugar or additional apple sauce a la #ebelskivers.

Das hieß vorher #Yammer und ist jetzt ein #Modul von Microsoft #Viva. Ich habe auch ein Video gesehen mit dem Titel "Introducing Copilot in Microsoft Viva Engage". Den #Copilot scheint es echt für alles zu geben. Ob eine so "Employee-Experience-Plattform" was Tolles ist, wage ich aber zu bezweifeln.
