DSA nakłada na szereg nowych obowiązków na największe platformy takie jak Facebook, TikTok czy YouTube (#VLOPs), dotyczących m.in. algorytmów rekomendacyjnych tych aplikacji, które korzystając z danych o użytkownikach, podsyłają im coraz bardziej uzależniające i często toksyczne treści.

Another example of how #VLOPs run two sets of policies: written and unwritten.

Dumping personal health info to a Facebook is "against our policies and we educate advertisers on properly setting up Business tools to prevent this from occurring" -- but it's only against the written policy that they show the media+regulators, not the unwritten policy that the big company creates with incentives, defaults, documentation, and what they are willing to put time into checking
