Alien tiles and snow roofs.

Gardening crop tiles.
Took a while to figure out how to do wheat/rice/grass. First I wanted it to look thick and lush but couldn't figure a good way with this kind of perspective. I settled on a more slimmer design after looking at some inspiration.

Other crops followed a bit more easily afterwards.

Also did some cave tiles.

I feel like I have just barely enough tiles now to create a decent map.

I was hesitant to make my own custom tileset because I wasn't sure if it was worth the effort or if it'd look good. I gave myself a week to try it out at the beginning of September but a month later, things look pretty decent!

There's a certain game I like that has fairly poor graphics (but excellent writing!). It still has around 500 tiles. I currently have around 100. Still a lot to work on.

Close to the lower benchmark of 25 'loids. Doing 50 doesn't seem so bad now. Even tempted to try all 90+ loids.

I should probably start focusing on the other aspects, like tilesets, storyline, gameplay, etc.

Vocaloid RPG - Progress
About 1/4th done with all sprites. It took about 5 months (including breaks), at this rate it'll take another year.

But I'm more efficient now so it should be less. Miku was the first one and took weeks since I had to figure everything out. Hair is especially tough.

But now I've gotten the hang of it so it should be more efficient to complete them. The latest one was Una who only took two days despite all the details.

This is a sketch. I was able to draw this the way I wanted without having to erase and redo everything 39,000 times. I consider this a great achievement in my drawing skills.
