What is the most telltale regional “vocal disfluency” where you live?

Last night I sent a text to some close friends musing over how any interview on the local NJ PBS channel eventually devolves into people saying “ya know” to each other over & over in various contexts & intonations. About 20 minutes later I got an unrelated text from a different NJ friend with “ya know” literally typed out at the end of a sentence.

I know it may be stereotypically Californian #ValleyGirl of me, but I'm actually very fond of the word "like" as an infill. #VocalDisfluencies are not actually a bad thing.
