The population of the #UK is so far behind doing sufficient #climate mitigation that to get ahead of the curve will take nothing short of a cultural #evolution

Maybe the effects of #ClimateChange will motivate a massive cultural change in the right direction, perhaps they won't.

We are a food pantry based in New York City. We focus on reducing food insecurity, rescuing excess food, and promoting sustainable food policy. We install community fridges (https://nycfridge.com/) and establish food rescue operations in areas of high food insecurity, focusing NYC public housing residents. Since Fall 2020, we have distributed over 350,000 meals and 1,500,000 pounds of food to people in need in NYC.
