Every computer is a , universal , which means that it can run every valid program. There is no way to get a computer to be *almost* Turing Complete, only capable of running programs that don't upset your shareholders' fragile emotional state.

There is no such thing as a printer that will only run the "reject third-party ink" program. There is no such thing as a phone that will only run the "reject third-party apps" program.

The only computer we know how to make is the , which can run every program we know how to write. Once they add networked computers to your car, the Car Lords can endlessly twiddle the knobs on the back end, finding new ways to extract value from you:
