Max velocity set to 300mm/s, only really achieve this on infill, but it's great fun to watch a Voron print gyroid infill at speed.
Next up is a benchy with max velocity at 450mm/s
Testing some cheap ABS I got, print quality looks good so far.

Now you do) never caught my eye as pretty, maybe because they were shaking apart printing ugly benchies in every video I've seen. But tinted extrusions go a long way and having many coloured parts is just instant +100 to the cuteness. And it's tiiiiny! *fades out into swooning bubbling*

141 followers · 819 posts · Server phpc.socialI wonder if a #SilentSync #belt and #sprocket setup would improve the #print quality of a #3DPrinter. 16mm belts would probably reduce #ghosting / #ringing, but would the offset herringbone tooth pattern reduce some, if not all of the XY wavey artifacts? Maybe the #VoronDesign, #HevORT, or #VzBoT folks would like to investigate?

I really enjoyed building and the modding my voron. After printing lots of parts for various toy sets I lost a bit of interest.
But turns out i reach for it print replacement parts for everyday things all the time. Helps that everything is on Printables and Thingverse.
