Coming off an #ssri as I've been on two at max for quite some time, planning to up #vortioxetine when its safe and get rid of #fluoxetine. Currently made it to 0mg fluoxetine and my god is the world painful! Desperate to get my levels balanced again when I can increase my vortioxitine.

If it's any use to anyone, I'm going from 15mg of #vortioxetine and 150mg of #topiramate to nothing. (Apart from my HIV meds of course.)
