Operators of #Voyager2 sent series of commands that inadvertently caused the 19.9 billion km away probe to point its antenna slightly away from Earth.Voyager 2 is programmed to reset its orientation several times a year to keep its antenna pointing at Earth. @johncarlosbaez Amazingly, the radio power received on earth from the Voyager spacecraft transmitting in the GHz range at 20 W is about an ***attowatt (1e-18 W)***, since they are on the order of 20 billion kilometers from earth !

📡 habe von #Voyager2, die sich seit ~46 J. von uns entfernt, geträumt: damit sich die Antennen neu ausrichten, hat die NASA quasi einmal interstellar ins All 📣 gebrüllt: "hörma N° 2!". Woraufhin N°2 erschrak und seine Antennen selbst neu auf die Erde ausrichtete. "Phew..😅" dachten sich die Wissenschaftler... ✌️

📡 in meinem Traum hörte aber nicht nur N°2 den verzweifelten Schrei der NASA...
