@dta_cthomas @felwert @haoess and do you have any idea about which of the #dta's #VoyantTools versions the website users tend to prefer? Or know about user stories in which one (or even multiple) versions play a role?
Reading of #VoyantTools recently (👋🏻 @felwert ), would you prefer to have a corpus with un-normalized historical spelling variants or rather one with only the lemmatized tokens? We have a mechanism for lemmatizing, but not for "just" normalizing, so this option is not viable for us in the salamanca.school project.
Perhaps @dta_cthomas can you share some experiences with offering both?
Second question: do you know of alternative "distant reading" visualization tools/libraries/platforms to integrate into a (headless) corpus/collection website? (Without trying, I suppose this excludes some visualization-capable corpus analysis apps like #TXM or #CorpusExplorer, but I'd be happy to be proven wrong.)

@type This really works nicely: One can simply add a `view` parameter to the URL in #VoyantTools to change the skin a.k.a. tool preset. A GUI option would be helpful to make this more accessible, but once you know, it’s quite useful. #DigitalHumanities

@felwert playing around with the links in the documentation you linked to there's a few options to consider for a `view=` parameter, e.g. https://voyant-tools.org/?corpus=austen&view=scatterplot. For more you could just search the html for view params... Did not try all now... But great discovery (and cool #VoyantTools feature)!
Revisiting #VoyantTools, I just discovered in the docs that it has a concept of Skins, i.e., pre-defined combination of tools. https://voyant-tools.org/docs/#!/guide/skins That sounds great, but I can’t seem to find a way to switch skins. Any pointers? #DigitalHumanities #TextAnalysis
