The pivot position remains within a configurable box volume surrounding the car (Panning Bounds). This restriction prevents the pivot from straying too far from the car, making it easier to manage.

The latest additions to the LapTimer class in Vehicle Physics Pro are now available as part of the open-source project Perrinn 424.

LapTimer now exposes times for the last lap, best lap, and ideal lap, along with a list of all the laps recorded so far. Each lap includes the individual sector times.

Investigating a rare bug in the numeric solver affecting AWD transmissions.

In specific scenarios and setups, the wheel slip becomes zero and the top speed is greatly reduced, even when the engine produces the correct torque. It appears to be related to a cancellation of tire friction between the front and rear axles. The issue can currently be addressed by modifying the setup.
