There would be a Virginian Service Newport News-Cumberland, MD to provide limited express services between the #MARCBrunswick line & #VREFredricksburg line (with potential extension to Doswell and Richmond) plus a possible VRE network to serve greater Richmond and Williamsburg/Hampton Roads replacing NEC service
