The State Border Guard Service (#VSAT) refused his entry, since he recently lost his Lithuanian citizenship.
The Lithuanian Interior Ministry said earlier this month that Kaminskas had lost his Lithuanian citizenship 🇱🇹 because he had acquired Russian citizenship 🇷🇺 and was not entitled to dual citizenship.

Experimenting with a Seatel 4412 maritime VSAT antenna (on top of the shipping container) tracking the four Iridium Next satellites on 20 GHz. Frequency on GQRX is after LNB. With well over 40 dBi gain, it gives a nice visible signal in the waterfall with a standard RTL-SDR v3. #VSAT #Iridium #hamradio
