❗️ Děkan Národohospodářské fakulty Vysoké školy ekonomické Ševčík zve studenty na přednášku s názvem „Kritické myšlení ve společenských vědách v podmínkách nastupující cenzury“.

Přednášku pořádá spolu s Petrem Drulákem, bývalým diplomatem, který proslul výroky shodujícími se s ruskou propagandou.

Co bude obsahem přednášky, Ševčík nechtěl uvést. „Nechte se překvapit, přijďte se podívat,“ uvedl na dotaz Český rozhlas.

@j2inet Ah. Check out #VSE in blender. Without a reference to Adobe I can’t offer a comparison but it works well enough. The most annoying thing is soft cutting grouped video+audio strips requires a little tlc. If you soft ‘k’ the group, it’s best to make the contents flush with the end points or the group gets weird often if you drag it in the time line. i cut the strip, its contents and delete the unneeded part.

The nice thing about #blender is you can do so much in one app.

@folken exactly, I think #RedHat tries too hard to be the next Microsoft and transition to services. Personally I would gravitate towards #ubuntu and a service contract with #canonical, at least they announced a #blender3d support product a while back. But I did never hear anything about their performance in that space. The #VSE seems to recommend Redhat, Rocky and Alma for studios making a compiler update. 🤷‍♂️

I recently re-discovered a vey useful #VSE add-on: Audacity Tools for # Blender (https://github.com/tin2tin/audacity_tools_for_blender). With it, you can transfer your audio files easily to #Audacity for editing there.

I used the so-called Auto Duck effect for automatically lowering the background music level when a voice-over kicks in.
