I wish I could've attended in-person, even remotely but I have so much going on this week I went and cut a whole bunch of stuff out of my calendar.

I have more pruning to do. I'm still overwhelmed. More doctor visits to make sure my heart is okay (it is), and my body is still holding up good (it is), and my surgeries went good (they did).

So for the rest of 2023, I just want to get out of it without having to go back for a follow-up or checkup. Hopefully 2024 will be a lot better.

As a habitual wearer of boots (Timberlands with and without heels if you're curious), today I'm wearing the first pair of trainers I've owned in about 25 years.

I am not enjoying the experience.

30c in Seville for be damned. Boots it is.
