In the US we have this diner called “Waffle House, WaHo here in the south. They NEVER CLOSE, like EVER, so if you see one offering a limited menu, or actually close their doors, run because whatever it is, it’s really bad.

I don't eat out now, but when I did, my go-to @ #WaHo was the Cheeseburger Deluxe with mayo, mustard, Bert's chili and chopped onions. I got the bacon in a biscuit to go.

Hashbrowns plain, well-done.

At Waffle House in the US, customers order hashbrowns 'scattered, smothered, and covered' or 'not cooked in a ring mold, mixed with plenty of steamed onions, and covered with a slice of cheese.'

My mother wasn't sure how to order them plain so she ordered hers 'naked and afraid'.
