I'm looking at my school, which would be a perfect place to add solar panels to, but with lack of money from #waleg causing budget issues, our remodel has been scaled back so far that we'll be lucky to get new flooring and paint. (No window replacement, no ventilation upgrade, no plumbing upgrade. Now they're just adding a partial wing to a building to dump the portables.)

Good to read about the multilayer approach to treatment and recovery for addiction to these dangerous highly addictive drugs. It is a problem in nearly every county in our state, highest per capita death rates in rural counties without the treatment resources. Worth a follow up story to compare treatment options in other counties. Not just s big city problem. Hits pastoral communities too.
