More slow progress on Rust. It's been forever since I've done much with a statically typed language, and it shows.

So far my crate usage has been mostly clap and walkdir. Honestly, I think ruse's ls(1) is going to be a thin command line wrapper and display adaptor around walkdir -- it has almost everything else built in.
