Mixed bag of a weekend. Caught up with sister who had come to visit parents (and see how Mum's going -- sister is a Medical Person). She agreed with me that residential care for Mum seems imminent. It makes my heart heavy. Dad and I discussed today and I'll go with him to see some places. I don't even know where to start with this.

I have a cold and it's not making me really sick but just enough to make me a bit miserable.

But also? Sunshine, lots of walks with Jarrah, and I made an excellent gluten free lemon cake (https://theloopywhisk.com/2019/01/12/perfect-lemon-drizzle-cake/). Did some writing. There is some good stuff, still. And tea. Always tea.
