While cod is not my favorite, my wife likes it. It also takes less time to sous vide from freezer to plate which means less time in the kitchen for me tonight.
Simple cod, rice pilaf, and sautéed Brussels sprouts.

Had leftovers last night so sous vide Sunday turned into sous vide Monday.
Coho salmon, pan-seared after the water bath, sautéed Brussels sprouts, and potatoes, quartered and boiled in water with a spoonful of Better Than Bouillon, then tossed in a pan with olive oil.

Why, it must be sous vide Sunday. Sockeye salmon seasoned with dill, salt, and pepper; Brussels sprouts seasoned with Penzeys Outrage of Love and California Seasoned Pepper, and rice pilaf.
