#HIGCapital is a $55b fund that owns #TKCHoldings, who got the contract to feed the prisoners at 400 institutions. They got the contract after the prisons fired #Aramark, owned by PE giant #WarburgPincus, whose food was so inedible that it provoked riots. TKC got a million bucks extra to take over the food at Michigan's Kinross Correctional Facility, then, incredibly, made the food *worse*.
