Companies implementing Wardley Mapping as process for making decisions can be divided in 2:
- The ones that just do 1 loop and then come back to old habits.
- The ones that achieve more than 1 loop.

As any habit, it's so difficult to break with the past and really focus on new ones.

The unexpected outcome of the companies doing more than 1 loop is, independently of the strategy itself, how the common nomenclature accelerate the conversation.

Verification and validation of a #Wardleymap,

Models have to be verified and validated, and Wardley mapping is not an exception.

How to do it?

Once you have completed an iteration of an OODA loop you can do a post-mortem analysis focusing on 2 aspects:
1.- Implementation validation: what you have implemented how it fits in the real world.
2.- Verification: verify how much of your conceptual model has finally fit with what you have been able to build during execution.
