U.S. failed war on drugs explained (& comparison to sexuality)

Kyle did a great job explaining the reason why the U.S. started the war on drugs in the first place, and shows how the politicization of it continues with the recent war on Mexico distraction nonsense. There was also the failed prohibition era in the U.S. where gangs (the mafia) rose to power when alcohol was banned for a time.

Now apply this failed war on drug logic to love such as pedophilia and zoophilia and you'll see how criminalizing love yields the same failed results. The reasons are complex, but come down to allowing safe, healthy, and helpful outlets for love which is something everyone needs.

It's quite silly comparing some actually harmful drug to sex because sex is usually harmless and is part of love, so the entire comparison is unfair anyway. There is also the fact that love, including harmless sexual fun, should never be illegal because it's good and harmless. But we should examine every area and use every good argument when arguing for love+sexual freedom for all.
