Now that the tropical storm has passed, I felt comfortable washing my hair & sitting under my hooded dryer. Something I realized during this pampering session of my scalp & hair, it may not have been fancy shampoo/conditioner that makes me sneeze. It was the sniff of the botanical hair gel that made my nose start to twitch. Or could it be the combined load of fragrance from all of them?

It's wash day! My curls and scalp are long overdue. I used Kérastase Curl Manifesto instead of Oribe's Gold Lust Repair & Restore. Kérastase appears to have less fragrance than Oribe and Pattern Beauty to me. I wasn't sneezing badly in the shower while detangling my hair, like I do when I use Oribe or Pattern.

I had a lot of reactions to scented products last week. Bad reactions. Met with health care provider today to get test results from hospital back, revamp coping strategies, and start process for referral to another specialist (local is booked 3 years out). One of the brochures mentioned "advocating for yourself" three times in two pages!
