I bought an Enermax liqmax 3 water cooler about 2 years ago, supposedly after their gunk issues had been resolved. Of course, it failed just out of warranty. I took it apart to find out what went wrong and… Gunk everywhere! Their products now have a longer warranty, so I’m sure the gunk problems are really really fixed now. 😉 #watercooling #enermax #computers

The custom RGB controller is still going strong. Also, it hasn't caught fire either which is definitely a win. Still need to figure out why it occasionally doesn't restore the last saved state on reboot, but that's for future me to deal with. #computers #watercooling

Installed the first server in the "mega loop" 😅 The A4000 water blocks and PCI pass-through cut the flow considerably, it will be interesting to see the rate change with additional cards. Air cooled, the GPU cores sat around ~70c under full load. Water cooling has them at ~30c doing the same work (but faster!). Build is done and I'm so glad that it is. The custom RGB controller works, the Aquaero is doing work, and everything is cool and quiet. The LEDs aren't nearly as bright as they seem, but overall I'm very happy with the results. #computers #watercooling

The loop is filled and I've got the pump cranked to 100% to get the air out of everything. The only real thing left is getting everything connected behind the computer and see what happens afterwards. #watercooling #computers

You're in too deep when you're pressurizing your computer's cooling system to see if there are any leaks. Hopefully everything tests good so I can move on to putting the coolant in. #watercooling #computers

Build progresses, got the CPU runs finished up and looking pretty good. Only have the GPU runs left which are going to be hell. However, it's progress. After the GPU runs are done, the only thing left is leak testing. #watercooling #computers

The fittings came in, and it seems like there are going to be some "fun" runs, mainly the GPU runs to the front distro plate. The fittings look pretty damned good, but I'm gonna leave the tube bending for this weekend. #watercooling #computers

Got the radiators and fans installed to see how everything was going to layout port-wise. Shouldn't have any issues getting the top radiator connected to the distro plate, however the bottom one will be a bit more challenging. It's not the most exciting build, but I really like the way everything is turning out. #watercooling #computer

GPU block came in, very shiny, and very heavy. Once the backplate comes in for it I will get it installed on the GPU and into the new build. I'm also waiting for the single slot adapter for it as well, but not required to get it into the build. #watercooling #computers

Watercooling build continues, got the Lian Li UNI FAN SL120s in and they're looking pretty good. Since the windows are tinted, it knocks the brightness down to the right levels. Also very, very easy to install. #watercooling #computer
