Valleywater violated the California Environmental Quality Act (#CEQA) by trying to bypass a review of how a #geological study would impact the #environment. Time for the District to work on better #waterprojects like #stormwater & #wastewater recycling and #waterefficiency (#MWENDO) that we proposed.
