Tried to #bike around #Manhattan today. There's a #WaterfrontGreenway except there isn't. The online map https://www.nyc.gov/html/edc/pdf/greenway_mapside.pdfwas likely valid for a brief time early last year. Its totally aspirational. Occasionally there is signage which is way too late (#StandardOperatingProcedure #SOP for the #NYCDOT) and just wrong. The #EastSide is a mess.
