Decided I'd try to make some #WaterKefir.

It's my first time and the videos I saw on YouTube just started with the water, sugar, and dehydrated grains. The packet I bought, though, said you could optionally include molasses, so I did.

I'm having some second thoughts about it now, but it's done. We'll see how it turns out. I guess molasses just ads back the minerals that have been filtered out of the white sugar? Unsure how it will affect taste.

Mixing Finback’s bottom funk into my home brew apple apricot water kefir.
フィンバックのアプリコットサワーエール、さすがのうまみです。沈殿物の酵母を期待して、自分のウォーターケフィアに入れてみた。追い干しアプリコットも入れた。おかげで発酵ファンクみが増して最高な感じになってます。
