We got a new boiler on Thursday which means the bamboo garden cane that has been drawing a leak away from the wall for about 10 years has been retired. The impressive icicles have gone.

However, my (19yo) daughter has now noticed that the bamboo cane icicle/ water feature is no more. "THAT WAS AN INSTITUTION!". She says it is a blatant disregard for her culture and heritage and she is distraught. #parenting #Teenagers #engineering #WaterLeak #Repair #Icicles

Looking for ideas to solve an ongoing leak. Active water through a crack in the foundation. New (2020) construction, leak is presenting like a pressurized supply, but public utility company has confirmed the leak is not theirs. Thinking it must be ground water, but I've never seen ground water present so actively despite dry weather. Digging in the coming days to expose the foundation from the outside. Any thoughts appreciated!
