Through its unsustainable diversion of mountain #rivers and its antiquated wastewater treatment system, San Francisco has an outsized negative effect on the #Bay that shares its name. This week, the city Board of Supervisors asked its water utility (#SFPUC) to do more #WaterRecyling to protect #SFBay and increase #water supply reliability
