Also a character shooter like Overwatch is fine as I just want to jump in and play a match. #wayfinder is designed as a virtual world so doesn't fit the model there.

#wayfinder made it to 25k peak concurrent players on #Steam - good to see it making progress on it's issues. Still tickling my fancy; can't completely rule out not trying it.... again...

33 followers · 108 posts · Server gamepad.club#Wayfinder has some serious issues with it's early access (or lack of access). Now imagine if/when #ashesofcreation has issues with it's Alpha 2. Wayfinder was $20 for most folks; Ashes is $500 minimum. The community outcry will be insane.
Lesson to game devs: paid early access + cash shop = you are launched and you better damn well treat it like a launch because the community and players will.

Anyone here playing Wayfinder or hoping to at least?
Curious if you've managed to get into the game yet and if so, how are you enjoying it?
I know they've had server issues since launch, and those issues are still on-going as we speak.
I didn't even try to get in yesterday, but am trying today as I'm hoping to finally play.

Looking forward to #Wayfinder. Early access starts on the 15th. I've been debating which founders pack to get. Been burned in the past so going to start with the basic and upgrade if I like it since there is no penalty.
Didn't get to play in the beta, but it looks like a cross between #Warframe (playstyle) and #WorldofWarcraft (art).
