3 years,4 months and 3 weeks of #breastfeeding is now Done, Finished and Complete.

I was ecstatically happy about that til I wrote those words. Whoa.

Been a trip. Lots of feelings, but i was ready about 6 months ago to finish. I'm still not 100% sure kiddo is ready, but she's had a pretty good run. I've given her as much as I could +now I'm gonna have to find other ways to fill her up with the love, comfort + peace she used to get directly from my body

ppl wanna think of themselves as good, decent people (not Putin or other psychopaths, but the 99%), and since they've done wrong (anyone has), that kind of cognitive concepts could just cut it.

it may be thought as sin,

or as a cannibal monster spirit Weetiko / Windigo,

or as a "mind virus",

or as an addiction, just like alcohol, drugs or other addiction,

these are at least the ones i've came by.

Been reading about the history of weaning babies on to solid food and it is a wild ride. Raw meat juices, narcotic drugs… and a 1953 guide suggests starting at 2/3 days old. Astonishing.

So it's day 7 of my mental health meds #weaning.
So far so good.
Symptoms: a bit of brain fog. Words are more difficult to come than usual, especially in English. Peaks of energy. IBS flare (related or not?)
A bit of headache.
My positive sensitivity to music is getting higher.
The next 3 days are going to be rougher since I begin a phase where I take my antidepressants 1 day every 3 days. I should begin to really feel symptoms of withdrawal.

So, 4th day of my three-weeks meds #weaning, so far so good.

My tummy is upset but honestly it has been for a long time now. IBS is shitty (heh). I don't feel unregulated in my mood or tired. Perhaps a tiny bit of brain fog, I'm searching my words in English more. That could be related or not.

So I need some ideas for simple #weeknight (or even #weekend) dinners. I have a 7 month old that we are #weaning at the moment and a veg disliking & egg loathing husband to consider. Although the 7 month old gets more consideration 🤣.

Feel like I've been stuck in a bit of a rut lately, doing the same #dinners, and feel like a bit of a change. I cook mostly from scratch (don't get me wrong, I'm not making my own pesto or anything).
