Ru Paul's Drag Race but for pairs of #WebDesigners and #WebDevelopers.

They have new clients every week, and the challenges will focus around the branding and site design (for the designer), and accessibility and performance (for the developer).

The bottom 2 for each week will have to rework each other's websites and whoever does worse in this challenge goes home.

Spulciando e smanettando nel mondo Wordpress mi sono imbattuto in Automattic.
Per chi non lo sapesse è l'azienda fondata da uno degli inventori di Wordpress che progetta e commercia componeti aggiuntivi, servizi e plug in per la piattaforma di cui sopra.
Ho cercato di documentarmi molto in merito, perchè mi è balenata l'idea di proporre la mia candidatura a lavorare per loro, pur con tutti i limiti che ho.
Da quello che scrivono di se stessi, sembrerebbe il lavoro dei sogni:
lavoro in remoto da ogni parte del mondo, flessibilità garantita, attenzione all'inclusività, e tutta un'altra serie di benefit che sembrano fantascienza.

Best advice I can give #WordPress #WebDesigners early in their careers:

If you can't retain full working copies of your sites, take the highest res screenshots of your work that you can, and create a documentation and file system for writing your case studies (in an app like Notion).

You'll be amazed at how fast the time goes and how fast your work disappears from the web — or how *small* your work appears after screen technology evolves over 10 years.
