Any recommendation on a web forum mostly for user support and developers? Is Discourse any good? Any other choices? Open source and the possibility to self-host is nice but not a hard requirement.

It seems that I got an unusual number of negative ratings on my #reddit posting in recent days.
This is how I found out that I do care about this stupid karma points too much. Maybe I should look for a browser extension that hides those little pieces of heroin? 🤔
Leaving reddit altogether would be even better but I haven't found a better way of promoting my blog articles to a larger group of people who haven't learned how to use #RSS/#Atom yet. #decentralization #webforum #PIM
