@tecoholic #Opinion: I believe the reason that #Mastodon is mentioned so much is that there are multiple #apps for #mobile #phones and #tablets with which to engage the #fediverse built with Mastodon in mind. And they’re fairly good and easy to work with. I’ve not found many apps yet for other ways to do so. No #PeerTube, #Pixelfed App, few #Pleroma apps, when you can find #Misskey they are not maintained. Millions of people engage with Apps not #webpages.

This look nice. The Internet Archive's Wayback Machine has been upgraded to save a page and links from the page. With an optional user sign-in, you can get a personalised view of the saved pages.

This might be a solution for some people who want to save pages if you don't mind using the Archive.
