Google's "Web Environment " is one of the things I have ever seen proposed for the , possibly only behind being required for any access.

Let's get this out of the way: they give a number of why "might wish" to establish that a web is running on a "" software stack, including things like "make sure other game players aren't cheating" and "ensure I'm talking to another human".

Deno’s vision is to make programming as simple as possible, which is why the runtime ships with a robust toolchain, native TypeScript support, and web standard APIs, so you can skip configuration and learn a new set of APIs and be productive immediately.

@calckey @edwiebe similar to how and allow compatibility with different clients using the same protocol.

So it doesn't matter if you eMail via Thunderbird and it goes though Postfix to your recipients Courier and is being read in mutt: it's still the same eMail.

Nor do you have to careif a Website runs on ngnix or Apache because your browser will just query it and display the response.

@nixCraft After all, portscanning is always an active task and to negotiate even the authentification, and other servers need to establish basic protocols and security...

Same as with : This is not a but necessary to make stuff work.

I have trouble getting a stable USB connection between my Kobo Clara HD reader and PC to transfer ebooks. So I use the built-in web browser in Kobo (under Beta Features) instead.

I start up a web server on my PC (I use python's built in http server) then use the Kobo browser to connect to it and transfer the files. Very convenient.
