WTF is the point of all these websites with their “chat with us” pop ups, none of them are actually helpful.

Currently looking at Adairs for some new towels and their chat pop up keeps coming up, it’s like 3 clicks to properly rid it from the screen and it’s hardly helpful when looking through towels.
