Day 2 after a complicated umbilical hernia surgery, I feel a lot better, there is still a fair amount of pain, but there is significant improvement. I only had 1 dose of a opioid based pain medication given to me at the hospital (yes after 32 years clean I am still vigilant in that area) just regular Tylenol and rest. Today will be filled with naps, binge watching, and social media. #recoveryposse #WeDoRecovery #NeverAloneNeverAgain
