Long day. Went to Hero's Hollow alone. Didn't expect giant skull at the entrance I'd heard about to be beaver, but it was. Some rodent, anyhow.

Found Silverleaf not far from entrance, a big clump. Also map. It got caught in the spiky leaves. Rough thing, drawn with charcoal, with a marked path to lava stream to find salamanders. Good thing I packed a bunch of jars.

#Couch25K #week4. At 0726 this morning, I completed my first run in nearly ten years of 5 minutes’ length.

At 0738 I did it again.

At 0745 I completed the first run and successfully ran for longer than I walked.
