Out for a weeknight dinner with a friend. I am so glad it’s easy to get alcohol free beer these days. They had a choice of 3 and this one in 35cl or 50cl. Gone are the days of struggling through sickly lemonades with lime cordial! #treat #weeknight

So I need some ideas for simple #weeknight (or even #weekend) dinners. I have a 7 month old that we are #weaning at the moment and a veg disliking & egg loathing husband to consider. Although the 7 month old gets more consideration 🤣.

Feel like I've been stuck in a bit of a rut lately, doing the same #dinners, and feel like a bit of a change. I cook mostly from scratch (don't get me wrong, I'm not making my own pesto or anything).
