I am becoming more and more confident with free weights and barbells in my local gym, but does anyone have a 6-12 week program found online that could help me maintain a rigid structure over the next wee while? That's been my problem as I try to lose weight and develop some muscle. Despite having a push/pull/leg split schedule working quite well for me.
