"Vintage Reality" is a 6k-word story on what happens to a VR developer when he starts to pull the Victorian-era stereoscop (and all that stereograph content) into the Metaverse.
The story came together pretty quickly, and I'm pretty proud of it. Waiting for feedback from the editors.

Coming in at 3,800 words (roughly 16 pages), it'll be just perfect for the upcoming Neutral Milk Hotel -inspired anthology from Hungry Shadow Press! Honestly, there are enough great ideas in this book to fill 3 other sci-fi novels, but somehow Jones manages to cram one ingenious concept after the other into every single chapter.
Once I started, I couldn't stop thinking about it until I reached the ending.

Alex Easton is the narrator, a soldier who served with Roderick, and arrives with kan batsman Angus after a summons from the ailing Madeline.
